Our Process
What to Expect Working With Mangrove Designs
1. Discovery Call (Free)
We start with a conversation about your project, including layout ideas, materials, style preferences, and timeline. Most custom cabinetry projects we take on typically fall in the $35k–$55k range, depending on scope and materials.
2. Budget Alignment
Before scheduling a site visit, we confirm that the expected investment range aligns with your goals. This ensures we design something that fits your vision while respecting your budget.
3. Design Retainer ($250 minimum)
The design retainer covers the initial design phase and is applied directly toward your project if you move forward.
This includes:
• On-site field measurements
• 3D renderings of your cabinetry
• Detailed proposal and layout
• Material selection and revisions
4. Final Proposal & Renderings
You’ll receive a complete project layout, visual renderings, and detailed pricing. We refine the design as needed to finalize materials and layout.
5. Deposit & Production
Once the proposal is approved, we schedule your project and collect the deposit (typically 50%). Your custom cabinetry is then fabricated, finished, and assembled in our workshop.
6. Installation & Final Payment
We deliver and install your cabinetry with precision and care. Final payment is due upon completion of installation.
