Our Process

What to Expect Working With Mangrove Designs

1. Discovery Call (Free)

We discuss your ideas, materials, layout, and timeline.
Most projects we take on fall in the $35k–$55k range for custom cabinetry.

2. Budget Alignment

Before scheduling a site visit, we confirm your comfortable investment range.
This ensures we design something that fits your goals without wasting time.

3. Design Retainer ($250 minimum)

Covers:

  • On-site field measurements

  • 3D renderings

  • Detailed proposal

  • Material selections & revisions

The retainer is applied directly to your project contract.

4. Final Proposal & Renderings

You’ll receive a detailed layout, pricing, and visual renderings.
We adjust the design to match your final selections.

5. Deposit & Production

Once your proposal is approved, we accept your deposit (generally 50% non-refundable) mill, fabricate, finish, and assemble your custom cabinetry in-house.

6. Installation & Final Payment

We deliver and install your project with precision and care. Final balance is due on the day of completion.
